She definitely feels angry enough to hit him. In fact, all the way here she was thinking of all the ways she'd make him sorry for worrying her, for disappearing somewhere and then coming back like he'd just been in some filler arc and no one would notice he was gone.
But now that he was here, now that he was safe, the relief hits her hard and when she walks up to him, instead of hitting him she reaches out and grabs his sleeve.]

[Spoiler: if she doesn't get an honest answer she's going to launch him into the air shoryuken style.]
[ To his credit, he doesn't flinch when she lands, nor when the cracks in the roof reach to his feet, nor even when she stalks up to him. It occurs to him that the last time she threw him against a wall, she was quite a bit younger than she is now. Whatever she does to him now, at her current level of strength, is going to hurt.
[ ...and then she looks so relieved and reaches for his sleeve and he was right: it hurts.
Kindness and concern from the Queen of all Espers isn't something that should surprise him, if he thought about it objectively; but when the object of that kindness and concern is him, he can't... he just can't take it. ]
[That lasts for all of two seconds before she gets angry. She lets go of his sleeve and maybe another girl would have just slapped him, but she's just going to punch him. And yes, she did put a fair bit of power behind it.]

[ Before he disappeared into imaginary space, he left behind a copy of himself, in Feather's form, as well as a record of his last meeting with Gilliam. Upon that record he'd placed protection: he didn't want any of the Children to see what had happened to him.
