I've heard about that. My Persona also makes me stronger and faster than average, and it's based on the strength of our mind...but that's not necessarily what I'm looking for. [It's somewhat obscured by his jacket, but Minato's definitely carrying his Evoker with him as evidenced by a lump near his waist.]
